Complete guide to troubleshooting semi-automatic coaxial wire stripping machines

The troubleshooting of coaxial wire stripping machines has always been a concern for many users. Many companies are only responsible for sales but cannot provide good after-sales service. The quality of the machines themselves is poor, and problems continue to arise after a few months. Therefore, today Dianzhen Machinery has compiled this "Complete Guide to Troubleshooting of Semi automatic Coaxial Wire Stripping Machines", hoping to bring help to our customers.

Problem: Unable to clamp the wire tightly

resolvent:

1. Check if the diameter of the wire clamp is about 0.5mm smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the stripped wire.

2. Check if there are small adhesive particles in the gripper teeth

3. Check if the clamping stroke in the system parameters is greater than the distance between the jaws, and if the wire cannot be stripped clean. 1. Check if the wire diameter of each layer is set correctly.

4. Check if the thickness of the blade fragments matches the size and hardness of the thread.

5. Check if the blades are worn or have gaps.

6. Check if the cutting blade stroke matches the wire diameter

Problem: Sometimes the blade does not rotate

resolvent:

1. DC brushed motor carbon brush wear, replacement of carbon brush or motor problem: Claw and blade sometimes do not move or only move in one direction. Solution:

2. Check if there is too much dust on the sensing plate and sensor, or if there is water on the sensor due to high humidity in the working environment. If there is, clean it thoroughly.

3. Check if the sensor is constantly on or off. If so, the sensor is damaged and needs to be replaced. After replacement, manually check if each motor is running normally.

Problem: The machine suddenly stops when resetting or returning to its original position

Solution: 1. Check if the machine is damaged. If it is intact, the corresponding origin speed in the system parameters may be too high. Reduce it slightly.

Problem: When using the top rod to start, the top rod does not bounce back or pop out, or starts continuously

Solution: Enter manual mode, open the chassis, press the contacts on the two relays, check if the top rod can bounce in place, manually push the electromagnet to the suction state, then use your hand to push the force arm (white steel needle) behind the top rod to make the front end of the top rod about 1.5mm to 2mm away from the blade, and lock the electromagnet screw. Then adjust the position of the sensor so that it is at the position where the induction light is on when the front contact of the top bar is opened, and the induction light is off when it is released. In manual mode, press the two contacts of the relay to see if the top rod moves. If it does not move, the relay needs to be replaced.

Problem: There is an error between the length of the stripped wire and the set value

Solution: When starting the top rod, adjust the thickness of the positioning by starting the top rod. When starting the button or foot pedal, adjust the thickness of the positioning by starting the non top rod.

Problem: The machine is unable to reset

Solution: Enter manual mode, manually move forward, manually feed/retract, manually clamp/release with a setting of 1000-2000, then jog, manually move forward/backward, manually feed/retract, manually clamp/release, manually rotate, and check if each motor is running normally. If the motor is running normally but still cannot be reset, observe whether there is a color change when pressing the reset button on the touch screen. If not, the PLC is damaged and needs to be replaced.
